Here are the many different percussion instruments that I play.

I play Hope Street Marimba...

The first instrument made for me by Hope Street Marimba was my 3 octave Xylophone. With no resonators, it has a nice bright sound. This instrument has been designed to be much more portable than other models that you can buy. This is due to the unique HSM construction. For example, the keyboard can be conveniently lifted off the frame. This is a great instrument for chamber music and also teaching.

The second instrument made for me by Hope Street Marimba was my 4.3 octave concert marimba. It is a wooden instrument with an American Ash frame and bars made out of Padouk.  Underneath the bars there are metal tubes which act as resonators in order to project the mellow sound of the instrument.

I am a soloist on this instrument  and I also use it for orchestral playing.

This is my full size drum kit which has been expanded and built upon over many years. It consists of three drums 8",14",16", eight Sabian cymbals (20",18",16",15",14",10",8") including an 18" ozone cymbal, a 16" hi-hat and a 20" bass drum with double pedal as well as a mounted tambourine and cowbell!

I also own several other types of unpitched percussion instruments
such as a Cajan, Bhodran, Bongos and many others.
